Webzero is the infrastructure our earlier research made necessary.
We started as Bridge AI, working on one narrow question: what changes when an AI agent, not a person, is the party working through a regulated digital journey. That work became a body of research on agent readiness, on how agents actually interact with financial interfaces, and on where digital journeys lose them.
The findings kept pointing past advisory work. Measuring a property is only useful if the surfaces underneath it can be rebuilt, re-run and watched as they drift. That is a product, and a product needed a name that says what it is. Webzero is the same company, the same team and the same research line, now shipping as infrastructure.
Webzero, formerly Bridge AI. Every award, program, case study and paper credited to Bridge AI is ours.
Agent readiness as a research problem
Fieldwork on how agents read, misread and abandon BFSI journeys, and on what the interface never told them.
One governed number for readiness
The failure taxonomy became an index a board and an engineering backlog can both act on, with the trajectory evidence attached.
Simulate, score, rebuild, monitor
The practice shipped as infrastructure: a frozen benchmark fleet, an action surface your engineers own, and drift watched between releases.
